of both Amitech and Arte Maggiore – Architecture and Restoration, which together form a partnership.

Visionnaire works with various email server options, such as KingHost Email Hosting
(used for Visionnaire's own email service), Zoho Mail, Google Workspace, Rackspace Email Hosting, or Mailcheap. In this case,
KingHost was used.
Visionnaire's service included support for POP/SMTP/IMAP protocols, a website with
Webmail, support for setting up emails on standard mobile apps, and support for configuring emails on standard desktop apps
like Outlook or Thunderbird.
Visionnaire also provided all the installation, configuration, and migration services
of the aforementioned items, in addition to on-demand technical support. All servers and services were included in Visionnaire's
own website monitoring systems, which aim to generate alerts in case of possible failures, acting proactively to keep servers
up and running or reactivate them, if necessary, often without reaching end users and without the need for prior activation,
since these are preventive monitoring.
Visionnaire has extensive expertise not only in developing new systems but
also in supporting, sustaining, maintaining, and evolving existing systems. We offer on-site and remote technical assistance,
support in cloud environments, continuous system maintenance, problem correction, and progressive improvements. If requested,
