For many occasions, Celepar (Brazilian Portuguese for Paraná Information and Communication Technology Company) needed to complement the professional training of its employees, especially in current technologies for software development, such as Java, Unified Modeling Language (UML), CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture), Java Web and Systems Analysis.
The main need was the technical updating of Celepar 's technology and development personnel, since the way of developing software was changing, especially for Object Orientation, web etc. Celepar needed an agile company, which besides the high technical and theoretical knowledge, also had practical experience, and for that reason Visionnaire was selected to minister many capacities.
In one of the training lines, on one occasion, Celepar needed UML certification, and Visionnaire, as a representative of OMG (Object Management Group) in Brazil, provided the training it was preparing for this certification.
