A company in the financial sector needed to modernize and offer new features and bank transaction possibilities for users of cash machines of not only the network of the contracting company but also the networks of other banks that are managed by this contracting company.
SOLUTION
Visionnaire was a partner of the contracting company in this project and made it possible, with lower cost and greater speed, to enable new services for cash machines of more than 40 partner financial institutions across the country.
RESULTS
This development, through the evolving maintenance of the system previously developed by Visionnaire, made it possible, with lower cost and greater speed, to enable new bank transaction offers for more than 40 partner financial institutions all over the country.
Users of more than 40 financial institutions were reached with the implementation of this new technology in more than 23.000 cash machines spread over more than 800 cities throughout Brazil.

Developed 100% in Java and based on XML configurations; adhering to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts; Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) feature; Oracle database; WebSphere MQ; WebSphere Application Server and Rational Application Developer.
Detailed problem:
A company in the financial sector intended to make more service offers available for users of its nationwide cash machine network. For that, it was necessary to reformulate all its technological infrastructure, mainly regarding software architecture since such architecture at that time did not allow the offering of new services.
First, it was necessary to develop the infrastructure, using a framework for the agile development of bank transactions. After this step, the evolving maintenance process would be developed, where offer modules that would work from such framework would be inserted.

Detailed solution:
In an excellent development work, carried out in partnership with Visionnaire, the architectural concept of distributed objects was applied to the system previously developed by Visionnaire for the same contracting company of this Success Case.
This solution made countless integrations possible, and the contracting company was able to offer a new service package that allowed financial institutions to enable more than 40 bank transaction offers to users of cash machines of not only the network of the contracting company but also the networks of other banks that are managed by this contracting company.
