Students obtained certification in a special ceremony
The certificate delivery for the completion of the Front End, Back End, and DevOps subjects of the Talent Attraction and Training Program in IT, a partnership between Visionnaire, Bradesco, and PUCPR, took place on Thursday (June 22). A total of 68 students who had already received their digital certificates received physical certificates. Another 20 students from the Android and iOS subjects have already received their certificates.
Marco Paludo, Dean of PUCPR, opened the event, thanking all students and family members present. Soon after, Sergio Mainetti, co-founder of Visionnaire, spoke about the program, the success of the partnership and, above all, highlighted the dedication of all students. Afterwards, the certificates were delivered by Professor Fabio Binder, from PUCPR.
Visionnaire congratulates all the students from the Front End, Back End, and DevOps subjects of the Talent Attraction and Training Program in IT, as well as the students from the Native Android and Native iOS subjects who have already received their respective certificates.
Now, a new cycle begins, with the program participants having the opportunity to showcase their talents in real projects at Bradesco. After all, the focus of the Talent Attraction and Training Program is not only learning but also the employability of the participants.
The Talent Attraction and Training Program
The Information Technology (IT) market is growing rapidly, and the demand for qualified professionals is currently higher than the supply. After the pandemic, digital businesses have grown even more worldwide, and Visionnaire and Bradesco, in partnership with PUCPR, recognizing this new market reality, created the Talent Attraction and Training Program, which prepared professionals who will now have the opportunity to work on projects at Bradesco and Visionnaire.
This edition of the Talent Attraction and Training Program consisted of five subjects: Front End, Back End, DevOps, Native Android, and Native iOS. The Front End subject focused on the technical aspects of client-side programming for a software system. The Back End subject , on the other hand, focused on the technical aspects of server-side programming for a software system. The DevOps subject focused on the technical aspects of software development and operations. The Native Android and Native iOS subjects focused on the technical aspects of native mobile app programming for the Google and Apple platforms, respectively.
The Talent Attraction and Training Program is an initiative by Visionnaire, Bradesco, and PUCPR that equipped professionals who will now have the opportunity to work on projects at Bradesco and Visionnaire.
