Visionnaire helped social entrepreneurs of startups from Oi Futuro's acceleration program
Oi Futuro needed a company that specializes in various technologies, duly qualified to provide mentoring and consultancy in areas such as programming (Python, PHP and Java), development of solutions for mobile devices, experience/interface design (UX/UI), architecture of data, Business Intelligence (BI) and information security to work in Oi Futuro's technology-based social impact business acceleration program.
Oi Futuro's expectation was to serve many social impact startups, providing all the support for the development of the use of technology in the business. The program would have a specialist to act as a mentor, who should have project certifications (such as PMP/Scrum Master), in addition to specialists in the areas already mentioned to act as consultants to support startups in their technological development processes.
Visionnaire was the company selected for mentoring and technical consultancy applied to startups in the program. The project was carried out in partnership with Sebrae RJ. A Project Manager/Mentor was appointed, responsible for contacting the Oi Futuro and Sebrae teams. Meetings were held, in addition to individualized assistance and a follow-up report for each of the organizations involved. In turn, the Specialist/Consultant in Business Intelligence dedicated himself to collective assistance, through workshops, with the accelerated ones involved in the project, in addition to individualized assistance and the production of a follow-up report for each organization involved.
In all, there were 540 hours of mentoring and consulting distributed between the selection panel (with face-to-face meetings), technical team alignment meetings (with the participation of the Visionnaire Mentor via videoconference) and workshops (with face-to-face activity by the business intelligence consultant).
With the consultancy of the Project Manager/Mentor and the Specialist/Consultant, the startups part of the technology-based social impact business acceleration program had all the necessary support to develop technologically.
