“We were very delighted with the structure of the project”
Hello, how are you?
I'm Larissa. I work at Casa Thomas Jefferson, which is an English school that has been in Brasília for 60 years. We
have our headquarters in Brasilia and we are already spread out there in some places (Uberlândia, Goiânia and
some projects throughout Brazil).
When we approached Visionnaire,
we had the intention of modifying a very fixed structure of our main portal. Our biggest pain is that our portal was made
for our students. It was unattractive and uncommercial. So, with our expansion, we had the objective of also expanding our
communication, of segmenting our courses, our products (which are diverse), and we had this pain of transferring our products...
a better way to communicate our products to our potential customers. And our website was very academic, it was very much for
our students – it was almost a repository of information. So, we did a selection process with some companies and ended
up coming across a new structure, which is WebPublication, and we were very delighted with the structure of the project, which
was very easy for our reality (we have almost sub companies within the same company, we have some segmentations, so it made
a lot of sense to look inside our structure, conclude that). So, when we closed the deal, it was very, very fast, very competitive
with the market. It went beyond price, obviously. It was much more affordable than any other structure we found. It was a
company that was very open to talking with us and organizing our segmentations.
When we actually started
the project, we made a six-month roadmap, and I got in direct contact with Visionnaire's support, and we managed to get the
site online in three months, so we earned almost 50% of the project, and it was very fast, the whole structure. We were very
grateful. The first part of the whole project, we divided it into phases. This project, we put it on the air very quickly.
We've been running very quickly. We built the structure in three months and, since then, in the last year that we've been
working with Visionnaire, our service has been very satisfactory. Every time we need some support or some different automation,
or there is some kind of problem or some configuration that is not even within our contract, we manage to solve it very quickly
in our various channels, so we have very fast support from the entire Visionnaire technical team. We have very fast support
from all management, including financial, from Visionnaire's contract staff. We had a small problem in the last few days,
we wanted to increase our contract structure. We did this very quickly: in less than a week, we managed to increase the structure,
we managed to reschedule several meetings and put another website online, coupled with the same structure. So, we don't need
to enter several different logins, in several different structures. It's all within the same system, and for us it worked
very well.
I just have to thank
all of you for last year's partnership. I'm sure it will be very positive for years to come. I certainly intend to bring more
and more structures into this successful partnership of ours, which was very quick and is being very effective.
