Techniques, methodologies, frameworks and processes: Test Driven Development (TDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), data modeling, software design, Unified Process (UP), analysis and requirements management with Unified Process, Use-Cases, Scrum, requirements analysis and management with Scrum (User Stories), PMI, BPM and UML, participation in projects with RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology and application of Function Point metrics for development of information systems, FPA (Function Point Analysis) according to the IFPUG (International Function Point Users Group), carried out by a Certified Function Point Specialist (CFPS) by IFPUG for dimensioning the project phases within the Software Factory model.

 
Project carried out at all stages of the software development cycle using the Scrum agile methodology and the use of BPMN in the business modeling phases. In total, more than 3,200 Function Points, equivalent to more than 25,000 hours of work performed in several years.

 
Detailed problem
In order to remain in a competitive market and with the presence of large companies, which is the telecommunications market in Brazil, GVT needed to develop numerous system platforms quickly and without losing quality.

 
For this, it relied on software development companies, such as Visionnaire, to bring its knowledge in development and provide highly technically qualified professionals. In this way, GVT was able to create the systems that were the technological basis for the company's growth in Brazil, before being integrated into Vivo in 2016.
